1. Use of service
EasyShop is provided as shop management software for retail businesses. Users may use it for POS billing, inventory, khata, accounts, purchases, expenses, reports and related business workflows.
2. Account responsibility
The shop owner is responsible for maintaining login security, staff access, password protection and all activity performed under the account. Do not share admin credentials with unauthorized people.
3. Accurate information
Users must provide accurate owner, shop, product, customer, supplier, sale, purchase and payment information. EasyShop reports depend on the data entered by the user.
4. Package limits
Each package includes specific user and shop limits. Demo includes 2 users, 1 shop and 5 days trial. Monthly and yearly packages must be used within their defined staff/shop limits.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans may require manual payment verification or approval depending on the available process. Access may be limited, paused or expired when a subscription ends or payment is not confirmed.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, reverse engineer the portal, overload the server or use EasyShop for illegal activity.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep EasyShop available and stable, but downtime may happen because of hosting, maintenance, internet issues, DNS, SSL, server updates or technical errors. Important business data should be reviewed regularly.
